Intro 

Beyond Pay is a HR tech startup. We are in the stage of solution validation and in search of two (co-founder) roles:  

• HR background person 
• SaaS programmer (front and/or back-end) 

Who you are 

Co-Founder 1 – HR Background 

You are ex-HR or Payroll professional with over 5 years of experience, ideally (but not limited to) in the areas of HR Business Partner / Compensation & Benefits / Payroll 

Co-Founder 2 – SaaS Programmer 

You are a SaaS Programmer or developer professional with over 5 years of experience, ideally with both Front and Back-end experience.

We live in the Randstad area in The Netherlands so ideally you live there too. Otherwise, same time zone or +/- 1 hour will be ok.

About us 

We are 2 ex-corporate professionals with 10 years’ work experience (each) who are passionate about making a difference to the employment world.  

Whilst working in big corporates, we got very frustrated with the tools and processes used in HR & Employment. 

We both have a business background therefore the need for others to compliment our skillset.
