As our Project Manager, you will be the day to day manager of projects within Skytree and across our departments. The Project Manager will own the ‘work in progress’ on all projects to maximise collaboration and integration opportunities from Project initiation to final delivery.
In addition to overseeing the cycle of all project deliverables, you will own the production of projects, from outline/inception to final delivery. You will ensure projects are accurately resourced with the right team members across the company. You will also oversee the project cycle of all project deliverables and own communication with external parties for coordination. Essentially, you will make things happen.
Have at least 4+ years of experience in software/hardware development with team oversight and coordination.
Be familiar with using Sprints/Agile techniques and incorporating them into the planning procedure you introduce.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills because you will be working closely with a team.
The ability to make decisions under pressure and use your initiative; problem-solving skills in other words.
Good leadership skills to motivate and direct your team.
Excellent organisational skills to use your resources to ensure deadlines are met and the project budget is maintained.
Depending on the nature of the project, you may also need some technical awareness which you will pick up from the different teams.
